When Kristy began her career working with Glow’s sister salon, Hair and Things, in Waukesha, it was like a dream come true. Working with hair has always been a passion of hers. While there, she spent her first few years taking every educational opportunity available to her, and because of this, Kristy has traveled to various institutes across the country to expand her knowledge of hair cutting and coloring. When Glow opened in August of 2004, Kristy was very excited to have the opportunity to work in downtown Milwaukee. Now, Kristy spends her weeks traveling between the two salons and is enjoying the opportunities they have to offer. 

Kristy’s pursuit of education has led her many places. She has been chosen by Matrix to work as a Color Specialist, which allows her to travel and train other stylists and salons on how to achieve the best color for their clients. Kristy has also trained many apprentices who came to her with very limited knowledge and have now become excellent stylists.
